"Not really worth what I paid"
This just didn’t feel worth the money to me. The portions were smaller than I expected, and the quality wasn’t anything special for the price. What annoyed me even more was how places seem to use little policy loopholes to justify extra charges or avoid making things right, even when the overall experience is clearly lacking. It wasn’t awful, but I definitely left feeling like I could’ve gotten better food for less somewhere else.

I tried to place an order, but the whole website was laggy and kind of a mess to navigate. The pages were confusing, and even editing my cart felt like a chore. I gave it about 10 minutes before I just gave up. Whoever runs this really needs to fix the site because it makes shopping there way harder than it should be.

The meals tasted alright overall, so I can’t really complain about the flavor. But for the price, the protein felt low, and that was disappointing. Personally, I don’t think I’d order again unless they made the portions or macros a bit better

I tried asking about allergens before ordering, but I kept getting different answers depending on who I talked to. It felt like the goalposts kept moving, and that’s the last thing you want when you’re trying to figure out if food is actually safe for you. Support seemed unsure, which made the whole process way more stressful than it needed to be. If you have allergies, I wouldn’t say it’s worth the risk.

I’m tired of this happening. My food showed up late again, and when it finally arrived, it didn’t even taste good. I was hoping it would be better this time, but it was just disappointing.

The food was okay, nothing really bad about it, but the portions were super small. I finished everything and was still hungry after, which made it feel overpriced. That part was weird because I expected a lot more for what I paid.

"Support Was No Help at All"
I had an issue with my order dealing with customer service made it worse. They kept sending these short, vague replies that didn’t actually answer anything, and it dragged on for days with no real solution or refund. It really felt like they were just trying to brush me off until I gave up. I don’t trust their support after this, and I won’t be ordering from them again.

I ordered from Eat Fresh Kitchen and, the whole experience just gave me not-so-clean vibes. The packaging looked kind of messy, and I kept thinking, come on now, this is supposed to be fresh food. Maybe it was just a one-time miss, but it really put me off and I didn’t feel good about eating it. I don’t think I’ll be ordering again.

I really wanted Eat Fresh Kitchen to work for me, but after a little while I started feeling like I was choosing between the same bowls and flavor combos every week. I’m kind of picky, and I know myself well enough to not force a meal plan I’m already getting bored with. I expected the menu to change up more than it did, so I ended up canceling before I wasted more money on meals I wasn’t excited to eat...

"Availability was unclear and the reminders were too much"
I thought they delivered to my area because the website made it seem like they did, so I spent time looking through the meals and even made an account. Then once I put in my zip code, it either showed nothing or said service wasn’t available. Frustrating. On top of that, the reminders felt really aggressive, like they kept pushing me to finish signing up even though I couldn’t actually order anything. If they only serve certain areas, they should make that obvious from the start. It felt like a waste of time, and I probably wouldn’t try again unless they fix the local availability info

The item showed up with the box badly crushed, so it definitely looked like it had a rough trip getting here. Thankfully, the actual product seemed okay, but the packaging didn’t inspire a lot of confidence.

I was hoping this would make things easier, but I still ended up doing a lot of prep and cleanup myself. Even after checking the receipt and confirmation email to make sure I hadn’t missed anything, it didn’t feel like it saved me much time

"Wish There Were More Meal Swap Options"
Overall, it’s good, but I do wish they offered more swaps for the meals. Sometimes I see an option that’s almost perfect, but I’d love a little more flexibility to switch things around. Just a few more choices would make it soooo much better.

"Meals didn’t feel that balanced to me"
I tried Eat Fresh Kitchen because I was hoping it would make eating healthy a little easier during busy weeks. The meals were convenient, but actually, the balance just didn’t really work for me.
A few of the dishes felt carb-heavy, and I wished there were more veggies included. The protein portions also seemed a bit small, and some of the sauces tasted saltier than I expected, so it didn’t feel as fresh or clean as I had hoped.
Maybe it’s a good fit for other people, but for me, I was still hungry after some of the meals and ended up adding extra food anyway. Because of that, it just didn’t feel worth it for what I needed.
